Job Description
Seeking experienced Head of Production Operations to lead production team and optimize manufacturing process for high-quality air filters, HVAC systems, and medical masks.
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to optimize workflow.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive quality assurance initiatives to maintain product standards for air filters, HVAC systems, and medical masks.
• Collaborate with management, sales, and procurement teams to introduce new products and innovations.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on operational progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in production management, preferably in HVAC, filtration, or medical device manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
