We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.Position OverviewThe Regional Head of Operation and Vendor Management is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and vendor management. This role focuses on managing and optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to support the organization's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and vendor management, with a proven track record of leadership in a dynamic environment. This position can be based in Dublin, London, Casablanca, or Istanbul.What will I be doing?Oversee and manage all operational activities within the region to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational targets and objectives are met.Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring performance delivery and resolving any operational challenges.Evaluate vendor performance through KPIs and metrics, addressing issues promptly to maintain quality and service standards.Collaborate with XFNs to develop and implement regional strategies that align with the organisation's overall objectives.Minimum QualificationsSignificant experience and clear achievements in operations and vendor management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a keen sense of responsibility for data integrity.Clear achievements in the successful management of large-scale, complex projects including change management execution.Background in Trust and Safety.Preferred QualificationsExcellent skills in verbal and written communication across both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong stakeholder management skills and able to influence without authority.Trust & Safety recognizes that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
