Dramatic performances of orchestral and choral music are a cornerstone of Ireland's rich cultural heritage, and the National Concert Hall is the premier venue for these events. With a wide range of music organisations resident on site, the Hall hosts over 1,000 events annually, enriching people's lives through music and live performance. The Head of Orchestra and Chorus will lead the strategic development of the National Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Chorus, engaging with stakeholders to grow their local, national, and international profile. This role requires a strategic leader with a track record in the cultural and arts sector, ideally with an orchestra or ensemble of similar size and scale. Key responsibilities include developing a more inclusive and diverse team, repertoire, and audience, and possessing commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
