Job Description
The National Concert Hall in Dublin is seeking a Head of Orchestra and Chorus to lead the artistic and business vision of the National Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Chorus.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and knowledge of orchestral and choral music.
Key responsibilities include developing a more inclusive and diverse team, repertoire, and audience, and engaging with key stakeholders to grow the local, national, and international profile.
The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Senior Management Team.
Candidates must have a demonstrable track record of strategic leadership in the cultural and arts sector, with a strong understanding of orchestral and choral music, and the ability to engage successfully with a large team and complex network of stakeholders.
