Job Title : Head of Organisation CapabilityPay Scale : Senior Administrative 3 Closing Date : 26-Jun :00Contact Email : Human Resources Join the Senior Management Team in an exciting new role Develop and implement people and cultural strategies for the University Full-time permanent position About Trinity: Trinity is Ireland's leading university and is ranked 81st in the world (QS World University Rankings Founded in 1592, the University is steeped in history with a reputation for excellence in education, research, and innovation, which has been inspiring generations of thinkers for over 400 years About the role: Reporting directly to the Head of Culture, Transformation and Capability, this role leads a team of technical specialists in the design, development, and deployment of programs, who work with colleagues across the University, engaging with key internal stakeholders, senior leaders, other internal enabling functions, and external suppliers.As Head of Organisation Capability you will: Develop a Learning and Organisation Development strategy Develop and rollout an Employee Engagement Strategy Enable people potential through organisation development and design initiatives Ensure employee voice is appropriately addressed as part of the change process Develop and implement employee wellness strategy and programmes To be successful in this role you will need: An honours degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training is essential. (A Masters or Post-graduate qualification would be an advantage) A minimum of 10 years demonstrable experience in human resources management, at least 5 of which have been at a senior level Proven leadership and, management skills Experience of process redesign and using technology to drive efficiencies Knowledge of public sector employment regulations Post Summary - Head of Organisation Capability Post status: Permanent Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Senior Administrative 3 salary scale (€95,004- €122,682) per annum) in line with current Government pay policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
