Job Description
Lead a team of six to deliver best-in-class payroll operations for a multinational company with 3,000+ employees across 15+ countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive Group payroll strategy
- Lead implementation of regional payroll solutions and integration with stakeholders
- Support business operations by anticipating needs and managing risk
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of Group payrolls
- Lead and develop payroll team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 7+ years of payroll leadership experience in a large MNC, SSC, or PLC
- Strong academic track record
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
