Transformative Programme Director Opportunity
Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a high-impact programme in the transport sector for a prominent Irish company. This role offers a unique chance to drive strategic initiatives and shape the future of public transport in Ireland.
Key responsibilities include programme leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, team development, budget management, and reporting. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in programme management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of experience in programme management at a director level, with a strong background in the transport sector or a related field.
* Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable plans.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is desirable, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies essential.

This is a 12-month fixed-term assignment with a prominent Irish company, requiring an onsite presence in Dublin city centre two days per week. The programme can also be taken on by daily rate contractors.
