We are seeking a Senior Qualified Actuary to lead the process and system transformation journey, collaborating with leaders across the company to drive innovation and change.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a senior actuarial role, managing a team in a diverse, fast-paced environment, and will possess technical expertise, organisational, communication and influencing skills, leadership skills, and the ability to promote innovation and change.
The successful candidate will lead the Process and System project, collaborating with internal stakeholders, creating a culture that encourages creativity and new approaches, and guiding overseas Actuarial teams' migration across new processes and systems.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Actuarial Function deliverables and existing processes and systems, and will possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills, experience in developing actuarial systems and managing process improvement initiatives, ability to work effectively with senior management and build relationships at all levels, strong skills in data management and analysis, cash flowing modelling, financial and capital reporting, project management and transformation projects, and a hardworking attitude with a flexible attitude and the ability to deliver on strict deadlines.
