**Head of Product Marketing** **Job Summary:** Amwell is seeking an experienced product marketing leader to drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns to bring products and solutions to market through effective launches to capitalize on opportunities. **Company Overview:** Amwell digitally empowers payers, providers, and innovators, enabling an ecosystem of care that spans across in-person, virtual, and automated care. With nearly two decades of experience, Amwell powers the hybrid care of more than 55 health plans, which collectively represent more than 90 million covered lives, and many of the nation's largest health systems, representing over 2,000 hospitals, have access to Amwell solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform market research to segment the market and establish buyer insight, identifying opportunities, challenges, and dynamics for Amwell and its individual products. * Develop go-to-market strategies to bring products and solutions to market through effective launches to capitalize on opportunities. * Plan and manage product launches and release communications in concert with other functions, including product management, and external communications. * Guide, create, and deliver messaging and content to communicate value to the market. * Persuade and engage with various market and influencer audiences by demonstrating solid communication skills in both written and presentation form. * Manage and support voice of the customer (VoC) initiatives and programs. * Implement and refine programs to drive the impact of marketing. * Collaborate with the demand generation team to create and execute high-response campaigns. * Enable direct and indirect (partner) sales teams. * Lead or support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. * Foster customer loyalty, satisfaction, retention, and growth through customer marketing and advocacy. * Apply technology and data to increase marketing reach, grow demand, streamline processes, and make more informed decisions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent preferred. * Healthcare technology marketing experience to payers, providers, and employers. * Experience with Gartner, Forrester, Pragmatic, or similar frameworks. * 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare or technology organization. * A minimum of 5-7 years in marketing management roles. * Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and project management skills. * Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience and comfort with marketing technologies (automation, tracking, and analytics, etc.). * Cross-channel marketing experience, including paid digital, email, SEO, and content marketing; growth and mobile app marketing experience a plus. **Working at Amwell:** Amwell is changing how care is delivered through online and mobile technology.
