Lead the Revenue Collections IT team at Deutsche Börse Group, a dynamic and customer-focused environment, transforming billing operations through technology and innovation. Lead the development and management of billing technology systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Manage vendor and supplier relationships, evaluating vendor capabilities, negotiating contracts, and monitoring service level agreements. Oversee financial audits and contribute to risk management efforts, identifying IT-related risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies and controls. Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in IT. A strong background in Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with an advanced degree preferred. Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team of IT professionals. Experience in managing senior business stakeholders, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate knowledge in cloud applications, architecture, and industry best-practice use cases, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering measurable business outcomes. Considerable experience in managing IT teams, with a proven ability to drive business outcomes and innovation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
