Location: Cork Your career at Deutsche Börse Group Head of Revenue Collections IT Corporate IT is the Enterprise IT of Deutsche Boerse Group, developing and operating IT services for all corporate functions, as well as the data warehouses and reference data / master data applications which provide security, price and corporate action data for the cash, post- and pre-trade processes. As Head of Revenue Collections IT you will join our Corporate IT leadership team as a highly experienced and energetic leader in a dynamic, customer- and technology-oriented environment. You will drive our transformation to the next generation of digital billing solutions and contribute to our cloud journey as well as new enterprise services. You will be part of a diverse team that continuously challenges itself to provide simple solutions to complex problems achieving best business outcomes. Your Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of our billing technology systems and processes, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Lead the strategy, development, and management of the Revenue Collections IT function, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and drive joint business objectives of both, the CFO and IT division. Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of billing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems. Transform billing operations through the adoption of new technologies, automation, and process improvements. Monitor and report on the performance of systems, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making. Manage vendor and supplier relationships for the Revenue collections IT team, evaluating vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements. Oversee the preparation and execution of financial audits within the IT department. Contribute to the organization's risk management efforts by identifying IT-related risks and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT. Your Profile Proven experience in IT leadership roles with strong background in Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team of IT professionals. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience in managing senior business stakeholders using clear communication. Demonstrate knowledge in Cloud applications, architecture, and industry best-practice use cases. Demonstrate knowledge in event driven architecture and/or the design and utilization of APIs. Demonstrate an interest in innovative technologies e.g. Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Automation. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
