Our client is a large, high profile organisation employing over 2,000 people. They are now keen to speak with highly skilledReward and Recognition professionals for a Head of Function position. This is a high impact role that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to shape and lead the company's reward strategy. The Head of Reward and Recognition will deliver added value services, policy development and governance in the areas of compensation, benefits and pension programmes. This is an exciting time to join the company as the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development, design and implementation of a new Career and Reward Framework (CRF). There are 3 direct reports. What you need to know: This role offers huge opportunity to join a thriving, high-profile business as they plan and implement a significant Career & Reward Framework The position sits on the People Leadership Team Ideal candidates must have at least 5 years' experience in a Senior Reward position (and 10 years' experience working in HR) You must have 'enterprise wide' experience - i.e. have rolled out harmonised rewards and benefits schemes across job groups and at all levels You must have worked in a business that has championed change managment programmes Experience of pension schemes and ideally Master Trust experience Experience in managing outsourced providers including pensions, benefit, and payroll Thorough understanding of Irish employment legislation and awareness of HR best practice You must be keen to take ownership of the Reward and Recognition agenda and drive it with the full buy-in and backing of the senior management team.
