The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales - B2C to lead their sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and scaling operations. You will report directly to the Founder/CEO, leading a sales team to expand market presence. What You'll Do Meet or exceed revenue targets, conversion rates, and upsell goals Develop and implement sales playbooks and scripts Hire, train, coach, and mentor a sales team of 6-15 representatives Create a competitive KPI and incentive structure for the sales team Act as a player-coach, engaging directly with clients and leading by example Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales strategies and processes What You Bring At least 7 years of experience in B2C sales and 3 years in managing B2C sales teams Proven track record of scaling a B2C company from £1-2M to £5-10M or more in annual revenue Experience in hiring, training, and managing sales teams of 6-15 people Ideally, experience in the UK moving/storage market Startup experience and a player-coach mentality Excellent communication skills in English Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work UK hours Key Success Drivers Transparency and honesty Direct communication and leadership Teamwork and collaboration Energetic, ambitious, and results-driven mindset Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills Proactive approach to process improvement Why Join?
