Head of Sales – Health and BeautyMy client, a leader in the Health and Beauty industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales. This role involves working with globally recognized brands and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple sectors including grocery, and pharmacy.Due to the continued and significant growth of this Division, we are looking for an experienced sales and people-oriented leader to be Head of Sales to continue to take the Beauty Division to new heights.Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director key responsibilities will include:Management and execution of the overall sales and marketing strategy that supports marketing communications, creatives and digital marketing, product marketing, events, project management, public relations as well as brand awareness.Create, implement and drive the digital sales agenda through working with our B2B and B2C partnersYou will work with the brand partners to agree annual sales and profit figures, spend and investment thresholds and sales and marketing plans, working with SDA restrictions where necessaryYou will ensure all deadlines from the principal brands are metYou will work with the National Sales Manager to develop and manage KPIs for the teamYou will ensure distribution contracts are fully adhered to and all clauses metYou will plan and conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers and principal brands.Key requirements for the role:Ability and experience to analyze the category (beauty services and aesthetics industry), market trends, and consumer insights to understand consumer and market requirementsAbility to handle complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations and comfortable working with various stakeholdersExperience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the Beauty industryStrong customer service mindset and passionate about service and enjoy interacting with people.Commercially astute, ability to work with complex commercial models to ensure profitability targets are metStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsKey competencies for this role:You will have demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability with a deep understanding of P&LBe comfortable understanding, building and negotiating JBPs.Strong customer-centric focus to identify opportunities.
