Job Description

This fast-growing accommodation provider seeks a vibrant, driven Head of Sales who shares both their passion for growth and their strong employee wellness ethos. Key responsibilities within this pivotal role include: Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals Assist in the development of the sales plan and prepare forecasts and KPI reporting Land and expand: build processes and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation and expansion Promote the product and personally help close the largest deals Work collaboratively across teams - including Finance, Marketing, Revenue, SRC, and Operations Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally Lead a talented team of sales managers and executives, empowering them to excel and achieve targets with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation The ideal candidate: Five years of relevant sales experience including management level Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret hard data/metrics and drive actions Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams Strength in problem-solving and issue-resolution Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, with attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent array of benefits on offer: Paid Maternity, Surrogacy, Adoptive & Paternity leave Matched pension contributions Annual bonus, based on contribution and impact Discounted accommodation rates Refer a friend scheme TaxSaver Commuter and Cycle to Work schemes Education support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Long service rewards This is a company that truly seeks to encourage and support the professional and personal development of their team.
