Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the oil distribution or energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and sales techniques.
  • Exceptional IT skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and tender preparation processes.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey expectations, provide feedback, and align team members with sales objectives.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior management.
