Seeking experienced sales professional to lead Solar PV business growth, leveraging technical expertise and sales team management skills to drive revenue and expansion.
Treacy Solar & Roofing, a trusted family name in local roofs for 3 generations, is expanding its Solar PV business and requires a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and development. **Key Responsibilities:** • Proven track record in Solar PV sales • Strong knowledge of technical aspects of Solar PV installs • Experience in developing, training, and motivating sales teams **What We Offer:** • Competitive base salary of €60,000 • Negotiable commission on all sales, including team performance • New reg Ford Ranger Wildtrack company vehicle • MacBook and iPhone • Opportunity to progress to shareholder/director level **Job Details:** • Full-time position • Salary: €60,000.00-€150,000.00 per year • Additional Pay: Commission pay • Benefits: Company car, free or subsidised travel • Schedule: Monday to Friday • Work Location: On the road
