We are looking for a Head of Sales & Education to lead the Aesthetics Division on behalf of Ireland's leading importer and wholesaler of products to the beauty and cosmetics industry in Ireland. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive brand success, expand market share, and boost sales across our skincare portfolio. * Manage relationships with global skincare partners, ensuring brand guidelines are met while fostering long-term success. * Work closely with the education team to develop standout training programs for professionals and retailers that will keep our products top of mind. * Stay ahead of trends, analyse market shifts, and keep our brands at the forefront by identifying new opportunities and strategic growth paths. * Build and nurture lasting relationships with luxury retailers, salons, and pharmacies to elevate our skincare presence across multiple channels. * Lead your team to hit growth targets, expand our customer base, and ensure consistent performance through strategic sales initiatives. **Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in brand management, sales, or education roles in the skincare industry. * Proven expertise in developing and executing successful growth plans. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire teams and connect with high-profile clients. * Deep market knowledge of skincare trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious targets. * IT proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Word, Excel, and Power Point. * Ability to travel nationwide and a full clean driver's license. **Benefits** * Up to 50% staff discount * Death in Service Benefit * Aviva Care * PRSA Access * Free onsite parking * Bike to Work Scheme * 20 Days Holidays
