Job Description
Manage day-to-day SAP operations, ensuring efficient, secure, and effective support for business processes. Lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SAP performance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SAP BASIS operations team, including SAP Basis, ABAP, security, and other SAP-related functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for SAP operations and oversee the planning and execution of SAP system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of all SAP systems.
- Lead SAP-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and manage the SAP BASIS operations budget.
- Optimize resource allocation.
Your Profile:
- Completed university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- 8-10+ years of experience in SAP operations or related roles.
- Proven experience in managing complex SAP environments and leading large-scale SAP projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, infrastructure, and system administration.
- Familiarity with SAP security, data protection practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
