We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Lead to optimize our local Site SCM activities and ensure reliable product supply. If you have a passion for operational excellence and want to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is for you.Your roleAs the Head of Site Supply Chain, you will be responsible for executing, maintaining, and optimizing all local Site SCM activities in the manufacturing process units and associated support functions. Your main objectives will include:Balancing site demand with the right amount of supply through the Sales and Operations Planning ProcessLeading and developing a high-performing team of Supply Planners and distribution specialistsEstablishing clear and effective Business Process ownership within the organizational unitCooperating closely with global Supply Chain Functions to optimize production capabilitiesEnsuring implementation and maintenance of globally defined best practice Supply Chain standardsThis position is based our Dublin manufacturing site with some hybrid working options available.To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:APICS CSCP, CPIM or any equivalent supply chain qualificationUniversity degree in engineering, economics, or business administrationSubstantial functional experience in an operational environment, especially in a pharmaceutical production environment. Demonstrable experience of personnel responsibilityProfound supply chain and logistics skills, knowledge in SAP or equivalent ERP and Advanced Planning systems, and appreciation of appropriate regulatory requirementsAs a person you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can use your leadership and communication skills to drive efficiencies and ensure reliable product supply.
