As the Head of Architecture, you will create an architectural roadmap, liaise between CIO, development teams, and stakeholders, research and adopt emerging technologies, design migration strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, develop and enforce architectural standards and best practices, and communicate architectural plans to stakeholders.
- Define and lead the architecture for flagship products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture or technology management.
- Extensive knowledge of software architecture and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in architectural strategy development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and Agile methodologies.
- Background in Java/Oracle stacks and cloud SaaS environments.
