Job Description
Define software architecture for flagship products, develop technology roadmap, establish architecture governance frameworks, and drive innovation as the Head of Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead architecture for flagship products
- Develop a clear technology roadmap
- Establish frameworks for architecture governance
- Liaise between CIO, development teams, and stakeholders
- Research and adopt emerging technologies
- Design migration strategies to future state architectures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and enforce architectural standards and best practices
- Communicate architectural plans to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture or technology management
- Extensive knowledge of software architecture and cloud technologies
- Proven experience in architectural strategy development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and Agile methodologies
- Background in Java/Oracle stacks and cloud SaaS environments
