I'm looking for a Head of Software Development to drive a core strategic objective: boosting consumer revenue through omnichannel solutions (Mobile and Web).

As our Head of Software Development, you will:
- Innovate and Architect: Lead the design and development of cutting-edge eCommerce solutions. Your expertise in API development and Azure native services will be your magic wand.
- Lead the Charge: Manage and inspire our dev team, both in-house and third-party. Your leadership will be the driving force behind their success.
- Agile Champion: Bring your DevSecOps experience to the table, ensuring they stay agile and secure in their development process.
- Be Visible: They value face-to-face interaction. You'll be an office superstar, present 3 days a week to foster a vibrant and collaborative culture.
What I am looking For:
- eCommerce Expertise: You've got the know-how from working in tech solution architecture or head of development roles for e-commerce service providers and/or done something fantastic to transform an organisations e-commerce capability at enterprise level.
- Technical Prowess: Your hands-on experience in architecting solutions and developing APIs is top-notch. Experience with Azure native services is a big plus!
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing development teams, both in-house and with third parties.
- Agile and DevSecOps: You live and breathe agile methodologies and secure development practices.
