Head of Structured Products Our client is a global leader in delivering specialized advisory and administrative services to businesses around the world. As they continue to expand their presence in Ireland, our client is seeking a highly experienced and driven professional to join their team as the Head of Structured Products. The Role: Our client is looking for a seasoned Head of Structured Products to lead their Securitisation team in Dublin. In this senior position, you will play a crucial role in directing the Structured Products strategy, ensuring superior client service, and meeting key financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in accounting, exceptional leadership qualities, and a proven ability in business development, all while managing a team committed to achieving excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a Securitisation team of 5+ professionals, ensuring outstanding client service within the Structured Products division. Enhance client satisfaction through continuous improvement. Oversee all aspects of transaction management and client servicing, from client onboarding through the entire deal lifecycle. Manage the financial reporting process for clients, including planning, financial statement preparation and review, audit management, and securing board approval and filings. Provide expert technical advice on IFRS and Irish GAAP, resolving complex queries related to various SPV structures, including Multi Issuance Programmes, CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, and ABS. Meet and exceed revenue and chargeability targets by driving growth from existing clients and negotiating additional fees for out-of-scope work. Actively participate in client pitches and foster a culture of cross-selling and upselling within the team. Contribute to the development of new services and engage in broader Structured Products team and business forums. Serve as a director on client company boards, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Foster a positive work environment by aligning the team with the client’s values and strategies, and supporting professional development and succession planning. Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, upholding the highest standards of risk management and compliance. Promote a collaborative culture that aligns with the client’s vision of teamwork and unity. The Person: Experience: Extensive experience in structured products administration with strong financial management skills. Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Client Orientation: Exceptional client-handling skills, with a commitment to enhancing client satisfaction and delivering superior service. Integrity: High professional integrity, with a practical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial insight, with the ability to identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Finance, with relevant professional qualifications highly preferred. Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Technology: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
