Head of Supply Chain - Wicklow My client is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead their supply chain operations. This is a comprehensive and hands-on role that encompasses all aspects of supply chain management, including warehouse operations, logistics/transportation, customer service, and procurement.The Job:Oversee all warehouse operations and logistics activities, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely delivery of products to customers.Lead the procurement process, sourcing high-quality materials and managing supplier relationships to optimize costs and ensure supply chain continuity.Ensure the customer service function meets high standards of service excellence, handling customer inquiries and issues effectively.Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the supply chain operates at peak efficiency and meets business goals.Drive supply chain projects that are aligned with our strategic growth objectives, ensuring successful implementation and execution.Mentor and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Collaborate closely with sales, finance, HR, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to operations.Provide support to other areas of the business as needed, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.Have you:Extensive experience in supply chain management, ideally within the food industry, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners.A proactive, hands-on leader who can manage diverse demands, mentor team members, and consistently deliver results.A strategic thinker with the ability to align supply chain activities with the broader business strategy and drive continuous improvement.Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.A deep understanding of the commercial aspects of supply chain management, with experience working closely with sales and finance teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
