Job Description

Head of Talent Development Division:

Shape and lead talent development strategies for the NTMA.
Attract, retain, engage, and motivate employees while upholding the organisation's values.

Design, develop, and implement talent, leadership development, and learning strategies.
Partner with Senior Leaders and Managers to identify training and development needs and trends within the business.
Lead a team of talent, development, and learning professionals.
Foster a culture of innovation and curiosity by promoting continuous learning.

Create, develop, and manage talent development programmes to support Strategic Workforce Planning, High Performance, Succession Planning, and Leadership Growth.
Develop programmes and offerings that promote diversity and inclusion within leadership and development programmes.
Collaborate with external training providers and industry experts to bring cutting-edge knowledge to the workforce.

10 years' experience in a talent, leadership, learning, or organisational effectiveness role.
CIPD qualified.
Third-level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Organisational Development discipline.
Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership, talent, and development programmes.

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) provides asset and liability management services to the Irish Government. It has evolved from a single function agency managing the National Debt to overseeing a complex portfolio of public assets and liabilities.
