Seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Technical Recruiting to lead and scale efforts in attracting top technical talent across Machine Learning, Engineering, Product, Research & Design teams.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned technical recruiter to lead a team of talented recruiters, providing mentorship, fostering collaboration, and ensuring they meet hiring targets across multiple technical domains.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with R&D leadership to align recruiting efforts with business goals, providing regular updates on key recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
  • Lead a team of technical recruiters, providing mentorship, fostering collaboration, and ensuring they meet hiring targets across multiple technical domains.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, using this knowledge to inform hiring strategies and advise hiring managers on talent availability and compensation trends.
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership to align recruiting efforts with business goals, providing regular updates on key recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
  • Highlight Intercom's AI-driven innovation and enable the team to attract top talent by showcasing our team culture and cutting-edge work.
  • Contribute to overall vision and strategy for the People Organization.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 8 years of technical recruiting experience with a growing organization, ideally with a software company.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience growing and developing senior recruiting talent and with incredibly high standards.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, roles, and the core engineering talent landscape, with a proven track record of hiring in competitive markets.
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams on hiring initiatives.
  • Passionate about Intercom and knowledge of the product and business.
