Head of Technology Governance
Job Summary: Lead the development and implementation of a governance framework for Primark Tech, ensuring transparency and credibility to the wider business and parent company.

As a key leadership role within Primark Tech, you'll bring your own ideas to the business, helping to shape the experience of our customers as part of a forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the rollout of a governance framework that demonstrates transparency and credibility to the wider business and parent company
- Manage and coordinate all Security & Risk (S&R) functional priorities, including strategic planning initiatives, board reporting, communications, metrics, financials, value opportunities, and programme deliverables
- Work closely with the S&R leadership team to drive effective governance, risk management, and compliance practices across Primark Tech
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the S&R strategy is integrated into the organization's overall business strategy
- Own the 5-year plan that supports the S&R strategy
Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience undertaking roles with dynamic and varying responsibilities
- Ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing
- Experience of developing and executing transformational strategies
- Understanding of cybersecurity and Tech GRC fundamentals
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR
- Excellent presentation skills, especially with senior executive audiences
- Ability to interface with, and gain the respect of, stakeholders at all levels and roles in the company
