As the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for mapping out the technology roadmap, delivering technology leadership across the organisation at all levels, and ensuring business objectives are achieved through technology solutions.Formulate and implement an all-encompassing technology roadmap that aligns seamlessly with the company’s overarching business objectives.Spearhead the development and deployment of the SaaS platform architectureArchitect and execute resilient cloud infrastructure solutions, adhering to industry-leading standards to ensure scalability, dependability, and cost-effectiveness are at the forefront.Provide strategic guidance and visionary leadership to our technical team, fostering an environment of collaboration, ingenuity, and perpetual enhancement.Establish and uphold stringent security protocols to safeguard company data and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with technology vendors and partners, evaluating their capabilities and negotiating contracts to guarantee the successful delivery of products and services.Essential requirements:Proven experience in crafting and implementing technical roadmaps.Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of success.Technical experience with SAAS Architecture, Cloud, DevOps, Data and MicroservicesComfortable presenting and delivering strategy/presentations at the board levelCompensation Package on offer:Base salary: €120,000 - €150000 DOEHealthcarePensionBonusand morePlease send your CV to mary@techheads.ie #J-18808-Ljbffr
