Exciting Head of Tech Sales Role
Our client, an IT company based in South Dublin are looking for a new Head of Technology Sales to join their growing business. This role is a great fit for you if you have a background in managing sales teams in the software, hardware or telecoms sector.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Do you have 3+ years' experience managing Tech sales teams?
- Do you have a qualification in IT/Computer Science or relevant field?
- Strong People & Performance Management skills are essential
- Are you excellent at generating new business for yourself & your team?
The role:
- Lead & Mentor the Tech sales team
- Monitor & motivate employees to meet KPIs & sales targets
- Promote Business Development initiatives
- Develop a deep knowledge & understanding of available products and services
- Generate and implement a Sales strategy for cross selling across the brand
