In 2018 the company had a revenue of EUR 9.9B and net income of EUR 919MM.Job DescriptionManagerialManagement of a small team dedicated to supporting the Treasury Management System environment, assigning and/or delegating work accordingly.Partner with key stakeholders to define and document global strategy and business requirements for target state treasury technology and ERP interface.Manage End to End Treasury Projects and present quarterly project updates to Treasury Executive Leadership.Timely identification and escalation of observed risks and/or issues to Treasury leadershipProposal and follow up of annual budget for TMSProjectsDeployment of treasury systems in new GeographiesManagement of system upgradesRoll-out of POBO / COBO model in new jurisdictionsIdentify opportunities for process optimization or enhancementsOngoing tasksApply known Treasury theory to system applications to enhance automation or resolve issuesPlay an active role in the configuration and testing of end-to-end processes around cash pooling, FX hedging, swaps and Payment/collection on behalf of – including accounts payables, payroll and accounts receivablesDetermine interim solutions for approved exceptions resulting from nuances as per business requirementManagement of access rights to the systems, in line with SOD Group policy and legal framework, including Treasury core bank web portals. Execute quarterly user access review.Management of Treasury management ticketing systems on a daily basis.Management of disaster recovery planManagement of interface with Reuters, Banks, Swift, FX All, Finastra and ERPsManage and control master data, incl accounting and posting rules for new business or business change activitySwift Administration and coordination with the Swift Service Bureau. In addition, download of SwiftRef directories to export to SAP and import in TraxFXALL administrationMaintenance of currencies calendarMaintenance of Reuters Interface for import of market dataManagement of SLA with Sungard/FISQualificationsMaster’s degree in Economics, Banking, Financial Management or mathematical/analytical study (required); complemented by a formal treasury qualification ACT/CFA (desired)5 – 10 years’ experience working in International Corporate Treasury.Mandatory knowledge of FIS products- Quantum, Trax, Trax Swift GatewayAbility to manage several projects and activities simultaneouslyExperience working within Treasury organizations participating in large projects and/or system implementationsIn-depth knowledge Treasury areas such as Cash Management (cash positioning, daily cash operations, etc), FX Hedging, Debt / Investments, In-House Banking & Intercompany Settlements Payments (pay-on-behalf-of, receive or collect-on-behalf-of), Connectivity (API, SWIFT, etc)Treasury Accounting Experience in SSC organization.Awareness of regulation and legislation on the markets involvedLiteracy in English language and ideally one or more foreign language skillsAdditional InformationThe global treasury operations are centralized in Ireland and include providing funding and liquidity to group companies, cash management, FX and interest rate risk management and other related treasury services for group entities.
