Junior Health and Safety Advisor (Entry level) The Role: A leading Civils and Engineering company based in Dublin is excited to offer an opportunity for a recent Health and Safety graduate to join their team as a Junior Health and Safety Advisor for projects around the Leinster role is perfect for someone eager to start their career in health and safety, with the chance to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills across a variety of projects. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with conducting site surveys and setting out under the guidance of senior advisors. Participate in delivering health and safety training to employees, including manual handling, toolbox talks, and safety inductions. Support senior staff in conducting safety inspections and audits on various sites. Help promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all projects. Assist in preparing reports on health and safety incidents and contribute to providing statistical data to management. Participate in health and safety audits and assist in addressing any identified issues with site management and contractors. Contribute to investigations of accidents and incidents. Help identify training needs for personnel and contractors. Perform additional tasks as required to support the wider business. Candidate Requirements: A recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Health and Safety A full, clean driver's license is essential. Basic knowledge or interest in civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity) is advantageous but not required. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and developing new skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to upholding high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Eagerness to build relationships with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
