ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES * Review and updating of site documentation such as Method Statements and Risk Assessments. * Carry out site specific Induction Training. * Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices. * Ensure all employees are aware of safety procedures and are equipped to follow them. * Coordinate emergency drills and training to ensure preparedness. * Stay updated with the latest health and safety regulations and industry best practices. IDEAL CANDIDATE * 4-6 years min in a Safety & Health role, preferably in Construction. * IT proficient (MS Word, Excel, Power point) * Degree in Health and Safety/NEBOSH Diploma/ NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
