Health and Safety Campus Manager A leading M&E contractor in Dublin is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Campus Manager with 10+ years of construction site experience.
Based in head office, this role involves overseeing the group's environmental, health, and safety efforts, leading a team of EHS Officers.
This opportunity is ideal for a senior professional looking to advance with a well-established company that has a strong project pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Conduct safety inspections and create risk assessments. Update and maintain Company Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safety Statements regularly. Deliver Safety Induction Training for new site staff and document accordingly. Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses promptly, ensuring corrective actions are swiftly implemented. Identify and manage ongoing safety training needs, ensuring timely delivery of mandatory training. Ensure proper PPE usage by all relevant employees. Review sub-contractors' Safety Statements and compliance. Provide accident information for insurance purposes. Participate in regular EHS meetings.
Requirements:
Degree-qualified in Health & Safety or a related field. 10+ years of experience in health and safety, ideally with an M&E contractor. Willingness to travel to multiple sites in the Dublin area.
