Job Description
Lead health and safety initiatives in a Cork location, fostering a positive culture and ensuring compliance with company objectives.
- Develop and implement site-specific health and safety compliance
- Investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Carry out safety inspections and risk assessments
- Stay up to date with new legislation and ensure equipment safety
Requirements:
- Level 8 degree in EHS or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in health and safety in construction
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
