Health And Safety Manager Job In Cork

We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager for our Cork facility, with expertise in creating a world-class safety environment. • Facilitate the creation of a world-class safety environment • Provide input and influence on overall site strategic decisions • Create a roadmap for a world-class safety environment • Work with site leaders to ensure leaders are safety leaders • Conduct risk assessments and resource planning for medium to long-term strategy • Bring new ideas and external perspectives to the site • Review, update, and implement the H&S system of work • Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with H&S policy • Liaise with regulatory agencies and other external bodies Key qualifications and skills: • 3rd level qualification in Health and Safety • At least 5-7 years experience in large-scale manufacturing operation • Ability to lead a site with a large contractor presence • Strong experience in COMAH leadership • Demonstrated experience of exercising strong decision-making skills • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting Health and Safety Manager County Cork
