Health and Safety Manager Health and Safety Manager with over 4 years of experience in managing health and safety on construction sites. This position is with a leading main contractor based in the Dublin area. Role: Conduct safety inspections, create and update risk assessments, and ensure Safe Operating Procedures and Safety Statements are current. Deliver Safety Induction Training for new staff and maintain records of completion. Investigate, document, and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses, ensuring timely corrective actions. Identify and coordinate safety-related training needs, ensuring mandatory training is completed on schedule. Ensure proper use of PPE, review subcontractors' safety compliance, and attend Health & Safety meetings regularly. Requirements: Degree in Health & Safety Over 4 years of experience Willingness to travel across multiple sites in the Dublin area Experience with a main contractor is preferred.
