This is a permanent role and will require travel to various construction sites. Responsibilities Provide professional safety guidance and support. Maintain robust risk assessment processes. Ensure emergency planning and compliance checks. Update and communicate the Safety Statement. Ensure compliance with legal requirements. Oversee internal and subcontractor controls. Manage lifting assets and operations. Implement H&S audit plans. Manage TBT schedules and accident investigations. Requirements Degree or equivalent in Health and Safety. Experience in H&S and Occupational Health. Team management experience across disciplines. Strong stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of EHS principles. Experience in safety training and program development. IOSH certification or equivalent.
