Our Client are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee the implementation of Safety Management System (dSMS) and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs Conduct workplace safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented Investigate accidents, near misses, and provide reports with recommendations Provide expert advice on Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental practices Develop and update HSE policies in line with best practices Conduct risk assessments and implement hazard mitigation strategies Ensure HSE training is embedded in operational plans Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role within logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing Degree in Health & Safety or related field Experience in HSE management systems, accident investigation, and environmental management Strong knowledge of emergency preparedness and response Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills IT proficiency, including experience with Office 365 and SharePoint Flexibility to travel within Ireland This is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact on our safety culture and operational performance.
