Health and Safety Advisor sought for Dublin-based Data Centre Division to provide expert advice and support to project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and provide sound, industry-leading advice to project stakeholders.
- Carry out regular audits and inspections of Sisk workplaces, as coached by the BU HSE Manager.
- Attend sites following accidents or incidents and assist with investigations.
- Liaise with enforcement authorities if they attend site to investigate.
- Assist the HSE Manager in preparing Health and Safety reports for the BU MD.
- Alert the HSE Manager to potential periods of inadequate Health and Safety cover.
- Support tender and prequalification teams with Health and Safety advice and solutions.
- Attend Start Up meetings and supply chain meetings as requested.
- Deliver training and stay up-to-date with legislative changes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Tech IOSH certification.
- At least 3 years' experience as a Health and Safety professional.
- At least 3 years' experience in the construction industry.
- Pharma experience an advantage.
- NEBSOH Construction Certificate or equivalent NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L3 in Occupational Health and Safety.
