Health & Safety Advisor 9233 Health & Safety Advisor required to join one of Irelands largest Tier 1 contractors for a Data Centre project in Dublin. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into group Health and Safety Manager. Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Workplace legislation. Establish and implement site-specific construction EHS Plan. Develop and manage risk assessments & method statements. Create SOPs and provide training to site personnel. Report, investigate, and communicate incidents and root causes. Conduct scheduled Toolbox Talks for Safety Alerts. Complete and record statutory forms and inspections promptly. Provide EHS project and documentation support. Advise on project training and first aid requirements. Fulfil additional duties as requested by EHS Manager. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position. Relevant qualification in Health & Safety. Experience working on a large scale Data Centre project (or similar) would be beneficial but not essential. Capable of collaborating and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients. Adaptable to change and receptive to constructive feedback. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
