**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to support the business as Health & Safety Compliance Manager for clients operating in the agriculture sector.

  • Support the EHS Executive in the development and implementation of the safety management system and safe systems of work in line with statutory obligations.
  • Monitor site-specific EHS documentation and issue updated revisions when required.
  • Advise site teams in relation to their duties under relevant legislation and Integrated Management System.
  • Provide document control and distribute documents to sites in a timely manner.
  • Assist EHS Executive in the preparation of site-specific risk assessments.
  • Maintain the EHS audit calendar and follow up on actions as required.
  • Assist in conducting site health and safety audits and production of reports.
  • Produce site file as requested and help with implementation of same.
  • Participate in accident reporting and investigation and provide support as required in disciplinary matters.
  • Develop and deliver information and training to staff in core safety subjects.
  • Assist with health promotion and safety awareness campaigns.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement throughout the business.
  • Assist in all compliance matters as requested with new starters onboarding and induction and supporting mobile managers on occasional administrative tasks.
  • Support Account Management in focused operational training and operational improvement initiatives.

**Essential Requirements**

  • Education background in Environmental Health and Safety or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Food industry and/or Cleaning.
  • Full, clean driver's licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic and reliable.
  • Fluency in English.

**Key Requirements**
