Job Description
Leading engineering design consultancy seeks Safety and Health Engineer / Safety Professional for Dublin office, working on construction projects as Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) or health and safety coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discharge role of PSDP on construction projects
- Attend client/design and site meetings
- Prepare preliminary safety and health plans
- Compile and prepare safety files
- Prepare health and safety reports
- Carry out site visits
- Coordinate and liaise with all parties involved in a construction project
- Review competence of duty holders
- Inspect and report on legal cases concerning health and safety
- Work with contractors PSCS to discharge role of PSCS on construction projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction or related discipline (Architect, Building Surveyor, Civil & Structural Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer)
- 4+ year experience working in construction sector
