We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety and Sustainability Field Operations Manager to join our team in Ireland and Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, sustainability, and team management, with experience working in a construction or services organization. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and implement health, safety, and sustainability standards across all services and solutions organizations in the Ireland Zone. • Improve awareness and standards of health, safety, and sustainability across all services and solutions organizations in the Ireland Zone. • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and management systems are aligned with relevant standards and corporate environmental strategy. • Ensure compliance with quality standards across all services and solutions organizations in the Ireland Zone. • Improve customer experience with a best-in-class reputation. • Support business growth through maximizing opportunities with a best-in-class safety record. **Qualifications:** • Degree or diploma in science, engineering, or equivalent in a related area. • Occupational health and safety diploma or equivalent in a related area. • Lead auditor, IMS auditor qualification. • IEMA certificate equivalent. • Safe Pass. • Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role in a construction or services organization where PSCS/CDM is paramount. • Team management experience for at least 3 years. • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001. • Ability to motivate and provide leadership to cross-functional groups. • Good influencing and communication skills. • Commitment to continuous safety improvements. • Ability to communicate key information to senior management level internally and externally. **What We Offer:** A challenging role in a dynamic organization, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
