Health & Safety Manager Monaghan SEDA Talent are recruiting a Health & Safety Manager to join the team at a fast growing FMCG business in Monaghan. This is a fantastic role where you will join the senior managementto ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and promote and ensure a safe system of work across all areas of the business. If you are an experienced Health & Safety professional within manufacturing then this could be an ideal role for you. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for Health and Safety budget. Lead the site Health and Safety program, ensuring legal compliance and continuous improvement. Ensuring that all risk assessments and safe systems of work are up to date and relevant to the site operations. Ensure the H&S systems on site are maintained. Carry out specialist risk assessments such as Manual Handling, CoSHHand DSE to ensure that risks are reduced to meet standards, commercial and legislative requirements. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 3yrs H&S Management Experience in Manufacturing NEBOSH Qualified or recognised equivalent. Strong understanding of NI and ROI Health and safety legislation Experience multi-site organisation This role requires an onsite presence and comes with a competitive salary & benefits package.
