Health and Safety Manager leads the site program ensuring legal compliance and continuous improvement. The role requires a strong understanding of NI and ROI health and safety legislation and experience in a multi-site organization. Key responsibilities include risk assessments, safe systems of work, H&S systems maintenance, specialist risk assessments, and business risk analysis. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years H&S management experience, NEBOSH qualification, and strong influencing, coaching, communication, and time management skills. They will be able to lead the function on site, drive the H&S agenda, and work under pressure with solutions-focused approach.
