Health & Safety Officers Donabate, North Dublin We are seeking Health & Safety Officers to join our leading construction company for projects based in Kildare and the Greater Dublin Area. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring safety standards are maintained across all our sites. Must have Irish Health & Safety experience! Key Responsibilities: Implementing and monitoring site-specificHealth & Safety plans. Conducting regularworkplace risk assessmentsandsite inspectionsto ensure compliance with safety regulations. Keeping detailed records ofinspection resultsand implementing corrective actions as necessary. Organising, attending, and chairing safety meetingsto ensure clear communication and alignment on safety practices. Providing ongoingHealth & Safety trainingand support to staff and subcontractors. Reporting and investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, ensuring appropriate follow-up and preventative measures. Ensuring allequipment is safe to operate, working closely with site managers and maintenance teams. Maintaining accurate records of all safety documentation, inspections, and audits. Ensuring adherence toHealth & Safety legislationand company policies in accordance withHealth & Safety Authorityrequirements. Requirements: Anaccredited degree or diplomainOccupational Health & Safetyor a related field (recognised by the Health & Safety Authority). Previous experience as aHealth & Safety Officerin theconstruction industry, preferably with a Main Contractor. Strong knowledge of IrishHealth & Safety regulations. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have full clean driving licence and access to a car Salary: Salary isDOE (Depending on Experience).
