ProSource are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor on behalf of their clientto join their award winning construction team in Limerick. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety on their exciting construction projects. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; Implement, maintain, and monitor the companys Health & Safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Carry out risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) and communicate necessary actions to the project team. Lead accident and incident investigations and ensure that corrective actions are effectively implemented. Deliver Health & Safety training and inductions for staff, subcontractors, and site visitors. Collaborate with the site management team to promote a positive safety culture. Ensure all Health & Safety documentation is accurate and up to date. To be successful in your application you will possess the following; Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field. Minimum 3 experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction industry. Knowledge of current Irish Health & Safety legislation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
