**Job Description:**

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Health, Safety, and Environmental Team in Limerick. As a Health and Safety Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and improving Safety and Health programs, including Safety Mindsets, Training, and Awareness.
  • Providing specialist advice and technical guidance to ensure compliance with Safety and Health legislation, corporate standards, and industry guidelines.
  • Supporting the development of a safety environment with integrated safety practices and open safety conversations.
  • Developing and delivering high-quality Safety and Health training.
  • Understanding and implementing Safety and Health requirements in a project environment.
  • Completing site performance metric reviews and analysis.
  • Supporting site audits, self-assessments, and corporate audits.
  • Collaborating with site manufacturing and technical support personnel.
  • Working with external and internal partners.
  • Supporting site team and HSE Team meetings.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related subject.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing facility.
