**Job Description:**
We are looking for a talented individual to join our Health, Safety, and Environmental Team in Limerick. As a Health and Safety Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and improving Safety and Health programs, including Safety Mindsets, Training, and Awareness.
- Providing specialist advice and technical guidance to ensure compliance with Safety and Health legislation, corporate standards, and industry guidelines.
- Supporting the development of a safety environment with integrated safety practices and open safety conversations.
- Developing and delivering high-quality Safety and Health training.
- Understanding and implementing Safety and Health requirements in a project environment.
- Completing site performance metric reviews and analysis.
- Supporting site audits, self-assessments, and corporate audits.
- Collaborating with site manufacturing and technical support personnel.
- Working with external and internal partners.
- Supporting site team and HSE Team meetings.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related subject.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing facility.
