Job Description

Support site safety in services and Solutions businesses, ensuring compliance with current legal requirements and best practices. Coordinate audits and HSE inspections, and monitor implementation of recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Services and Solutions Operations in implementing strategic Health, Safety and Sustainability plans.
  • Advise and plan with site management teams to improve working environments and people wellbeing.
  • Investigate and review accidents, incidents, and Near Misses, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Maintain records of improvement actions and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support training related to Environment, Health & Safety, and assist in creating Risk Assessments and POWRA.
  • Ensure all employees and subcontractors follow procedures and work according to RAMS.
  • Coordinate customer audit requirements, and support OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, and ISO 39001 within the organization.
  • Support communication raising HSE awareness, responsibility, and culture change in line with the organization strategy.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate, Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in a Construction or Services organization where CDM is paramount.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Intranet, and experience with SAP or other databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present to senior management level internally and externally.
